In accordance to the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On joint-stock companies" No.514 dated 17.09.2008 certain amendments were made to the Law of Ukraine "On banks and banking activity" No.2121 dated 07.12.2000.

The National Bank of Ukraine recommended Ukrainian Banks to amend their titles and statutory documentation in line with the above mentioned changes in legislation.

Such amendments were approved by the Bank's General Meeting of Shareholders on 21 September 2009 and PUBLIC COMPANY JOINT – STOCK BANK "PIVDENNYI" became an assignee of the Public Corporation Joint – Stock Bank "Pivdennyi" being established by re-organization of the Joint – Stock Bank "Pivdennyi" from a closed corporation to an open corporation (Minutes No. 1 of August 22, 2006), that is an assignee of the Joint – Stock Bank "Pivdennyi" (form of business entity – closed corporation), which was established pursuant to the resolution of its founders (Minutes No.1 of September 14, 1993, Minutes No.2 of November 23, 1993), and registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on December 3, 1993 under No. 218

New edition of the Statute was approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 21 September 2009, approved by the National Bank of Ukraine on 04 November 2009 and registered by the NBU on 06 November, 2009.

As a result of change of the title,

the Certifcate of state registration of legal entity was replaced by the Executive Committee of the Odessa City Council on 06 November, 2009;

the Banking licence was re-issued by the National Bank of Ukraine on 12 November, 2009 as well as

the Permit was re-issued by the NBU on 12 November, 2009 and

the Supplement to the Permit was re-issued by the NBU on 12 November, 2009.

The above mentioned documents in concert constitute a "Full banking licence" in accordance to the THE LAW OF UKRAINE "ON BANKS AND BANKING ACTIVITY" authorising the Bank to render the maximum possible scope of banking services in Ukraine.
