The Management Board ('the Board') is Pivdennyi Bank's collegial executive body. It is elected by the Supervisory Council for five years and its members may be re-elected for an unlimited number of times.
The Board meets as necessary and takes decisions by simple majority vote when at least half of the elected members of the Board are present. The Board is responsible for overseeing Pivdennyi Bank's day-to-day operations and implementation of the strategies set by the Supervisory Council.
The Board is comprised of 6 members:
Acting Chairman of the Board (CEO) Mrs. Ludmila Khudiyash has served as a Deputy Chairman of the Board since 1999. Mrs. Khudiyash has 27 years of banking experience, of which 11 years have been with the Bank. She graduated from Odessa Institute of National Economy with a Master's Degree in banking.
First Deputy CEO Mrs. Alla Vanetsyants is a Board member since 2010.
Deputy CEO Mrs. Irina Buts is a member of the Board since November 2010. Mrs. Buts has 20 years of banking experience, of which 9 years have been with the Bank. She graduated from Odessa State Economic University with a Master's Degree in Finance.
Chief Accountant Mrs. Ludmila Kovalyonok has served as a member of the Board since 1999. Mrs. Kovalyonok has 20 years of experience in banking, of which 12 years have been with the Bank. She graduated from Odessa Institute of National Economy with a Master's Degree in banking.
Mrs. Valentina Grechko has served as a member of the Board since 1995. Mrs. Grechko has 35 years of legal experience, of which 15 years have been with the Bank. She holds a Master's Degree in Law from Odessa State University.
Mr. Vadim Mokin has served as a member of the Board since 2007. Mr. Mokin has 18 years of banking experience, of which 14 years have been with the Bank. He graduated from Supreme Banking School of Ukraine with a Master's Degree in banking.
