• confidentiality of the safe-deposit boxes’ content is kept
• there is an access to the depositary in the course of all the operational day of the bank.

The order of rendering and access to the safe-deposit boxes

Individual safe-deposit box – is a separate or built-in the deposit safe a metal safe with door closed by two keys of different configuration or equipped with code lock.
Deposit-safe box is rented for temporary use and is located in the depositary for individual safe-deposit boxes. Technical characteristics of the depositary for individual safe-deposit boxes meet the requirements of the NBU’s normative-legal acts and the depositary has the certificate of conformity to the State Standards of Ukraine.

The access to the individual safe-deposit box is rendered on the basis of the identifying document of the legal entity – owner of individual safe-deposit box. The right of using the individual safe-deposit box may be rendered to the trustee. The Bank can execute the agreement of individual safe-deposit box use with two persons if necessary; in this case the access to the safe-deposit box is performed only under the condition of simultaneous presence of two these persons.
