“Bank-Client�? system does not replace but supplements the traditional payment system. Each payment may be performed in both ways: through “Bank-Client�? system and operational office. Using “Bank-Client�? system You get the following advantages:
• You may trace funds receipt on accounts and manage your funds on-the-fly without visiting the bank;
• You don’t need to spend your time to go to the bank and stay in queue. Bank operation officers don’t have to fill in payment orders manually, that fully excludes the possibility of misprints and delays;
• possibility to get additional information from the bank, for example – NBU rates;
• possibility to review all information on payments through electronic payment system of NBU.
• The system is intended for automation of process of creation, preparation and sending to the bank by lines of communication the customer documents and letters, and also for receipt from the bank of the documents in return, protocols of processing and execution, information on statement of customer accounts and letters with currency rates, NBU instructions, agreements etc.
Functional program possibilities:
• Forming, editing (if required), encrypting (setting of electronic digital signature) and sending to the bank of the initial payment documents and letters;
• Receipt, decoding and registration of received from the bank documents in return, letters with NBU instructions, currency rates etc.;
• Using of built-in directories while creating and editing of documents. The directories data may automatically fill in the corresponding fields;
• Generation of different kind of reports – account statements – containing the information on customer account transactions for any period and in correspondence with any legal entity or individual (counteragent);
• Printing of documents, statements, documents and statements logs with formatting possibility
• Using while documents creating and editing of user’s templates and built-in directories (with automatically filling-in by directories data of corresponding fields) lets to noticeably accelerate the creation and edition of documents process. The review filters made out by the users provide displaying of the information selected in accordance with scheme set out by the filter. Records filtering system allows to promptly find out and group required data.
• Each document sent to the bank is signed by electronic digital signature (EDS) created by RSA algorithm with 512 bits key length. The EDS signing allows defining the author of the document and protecting the document from unauthorized changes. The system is realized in the form of soft and hardware. For EDS data signing the Touch Memory or floppy disc are using as personal identifiers.
Operating hours:
Electronic customer payment documents are received and processed by the bank in operating days from 9:00 till 16:00 for interbank payments and till 17:30 for payments within the bank. Payment documents received by the bank after this time are processed next banking day.
Inquiries for information messages on account statement and transactions performed are received and processed in operating days from 9:00 till 18:00.
